PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS WITH DION

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
A practice of noticing, choosing, and connecting with your body—on your terms.
TCTSY is an evidence-based yoga methodology developed to support people navigating complex trauma, treatment-resistant PTSD, and nervous system dysregulation. Rooted in hatha yoga and informed by neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma theory, TCTSY isn’t about “fixing” the body—it’s about reclaiming a relationship with it.

FST is a restorative one-on-one experience where you remain fully clothed on a massage table while Dion gently supports and moves your body to access deeper fascial release. FAQs
1 / What should I wear to a private session?
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow your body to move freely. You’ll remain fully clothed the entire time.
2 / How often do people come for sessions?
Some people come weekly or biweekly. Some start with one session and feel complete. This is your journey—Dion will support you in deciding what feels right.
3 / What happens during a virtual consultation?
This is a gentle, no-pressure conversation to understand what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit. You’ll be invited to share what feels important to you, and Dion will share what you can expect from the process.
4 / Do I need to have trauma to benefit from these sessions?
Not at all. While TCTSY is rooted in trauma research, it can benefit anyone seeking a more embodied, present, and connected relationship with their body.
5 / How can Stretch Therapy help me?
Stretch therapy is a restorative body work that can increase flexibility, reduce aches and pains, and improve range of motion. It is incredibly gentle, and sessions are pain free. It can aid in faster recovery from injury by improving blood flow and circulation, and for the same reason may result in improved athletic performance. It’s a sought-after treatment that can also be helpful for lower back pain, shoulder tension, fibromyalgia and more.
6 / Is there anything I should do before or after?
It is helpful if you come to your session as hydrated as possible. Drinking water or consuming water with electrolytes before a session will help enhance the results of the session.
You can go about your normal day after a session, but we recommend to continue to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins, similar to recommendations after a massage. Rest is also beneficial, but not necessary after a session. Your movement, in general, may feel less restricted and perhaps feel freer in your body.
